Meet the man behind the the Navratri feast at AnnaMaya – Mahinder Maharaj // His culinary journey began way back in 1999 when he moved from Jodhpur to Pune and opened a mithai shop. But his dreams were bigger than a shop, which is when he decided to do catering in 2001. Specialising in Rajasthani, Gujarati and Maharashtrian food, he made Hyatt home and has been with the Hyatt family creating memorable moments for guests and associates through his food and storytelling.
