About Swiss Chef Margaretha Jüngling 
Chef Margaretha Jüngling grew up in a small village in the valley of Schanfigg, Graubünden. Her life changed, when she applied to the Restaurant Relæ in Copenhagen for a one-month internship that turned into a three-year engagement!
She specializes in creating recipes from local farm products.
Enjoy some of her creations like Potato Celery Salad with Fresh and Pickled Cucumber, Cheese Quiche, Millet Cream with Dried and Fresh Pear, and much more as part our lazy breakfast.
We are delighted and grateful for such collaborations that makes our food hall serve some of the best food in Delhi!
