Ingredients
01. Linguini pasta – 60 gm
02. blanched snow peas & asparagus – 30 gm
03. ladakh black peas – 20 gm
04. chopped garlic – 5 gm
05. poached egg – 1
06. grated parmesan – 15 gm
07. vegetable stock – 25 ml
08. butter – 20 gm
09. olive oil – 10 gm
10. salt – to taste
11. pepper – 2 gm
Method
01. blanch linguini pasta until ‘al dente’, boil the ladakh peas until well done and keep it aside
02. heat oil in a pan add the chopped garlic and sauté it
03. add blanched vegetables along with black peas followed by linguini pasta
04. add butter and parmesan while you season the pasta with salt and pepper
05. serve the pasta with poached egg on top
