Lemony Millet Salad

 

This one’s a very easy healthy recipe that you can make at your home with fresh Indian ingredients like chickpeas and millets.
Ingredients
01. Finger millet (wash, soaked for 6 hours and boiled) – 30 gm
02. Foxtail millet (wash, soaked for 1 hours and boiled) – 60 gm
03. Boiled chickpeas – 20 gm
04. Cucumber dice – 10 gm
05. Cherry tomato halves – 10 gm
06. Chopped coriander – 5 gm

 

07. Chaat masala – 2 gm
08. Cumin powder – 2 gm
09. Red chili powder – 2 gm
10. Lemon dressing – 10 ml
11. Avocado slice – 30 gm
12. Microgreens – 10 gm
13. Salt – to taste

 

Method
01. Mix all the ingredients (except avocado and microgreens) together and place in a serving bowl.
02. Put the avocado and microgreen on top.
