Green mango salad

Here’s one of our star salads that has retained its position in our menu since it’s made our food hall serve the best food in Delhi. What’s even better is that it is really easy to make and will keep your diet delicious while it being healthy!
Ingredients
01. raw mango julienne – 90 gm
02. tomato julienne – 30 gm
03. chopped coriander – 5 gm
04. salt – to taste
05. pepper – to taste
06. asian dressing – 15 ml
07. grilled avocado slice – 30 gm
08. sugar – 15 gm
09. water – 25 ml
10. fine chop green chili – 6 gm
11. fine chop ginger – 6 gm
12. chopped coriander – 6 gm
13. kikkoman soya sauce – 17 ml
14. lemon juice – 10 ml
Method
01. Mix all the ingredients together.
02. Season with salt and pepper.
03. Top-up the salad with grilled avocado slice and fresh-cut of microgreens.
